•  During the summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with a 5-day minimum.
• Minimum stay other than the summer months is 3 days.
• here will be a $150 cleaning charge on all rentals less than 5 days.
• The 10-1/2% State of Seabrook and County of Charleston accommodations tax will be added to all rentals.
•  A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee will be required upon booking the unit.
• The balance (rental fee & accommodations tax less deposit ) must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• There will be a full refund upon cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival.  
• The deposit will be retained by the villa owner if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival.  The balance of the rental fee, taxes, and cleaning charge (if any) will be refunded to the tenant.
• There is no refund of any rental or other fees or taxes on or after the arrival date.
• There is no charge for the card to access Club facilities. Guests must pick up a Club access card from The Club office. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card.
