| A villa with a cottage feel, 458 Golf Shore sits quietly on the 18th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course with a view of the 10th fairway of Ocean Winds. It has 1,357 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, dining/great room, enclosed sunroom, completely furnished kitchen and many other amenities. It is located conveniently to North Beach, Pelican Beach and the Beach Club. Access to the Seabrook Island Club is included with the rental of our villa. |
Seabrook Island is a private, 2,200 acre island located just 30 minutes south of historic Charleston on South Carolina's beautiful Atlantic Coast. Seabrook has more than three miles of pristine beach, beautiful salt marshes and acres of lush maritime forest. There are no hotels or high-rise condos on the island. |

addition to beautiful beaches, the island offers two
championship golf courses, award winning tennis, a beach club
with two swimming pools, an equestrian center
that includes beach riding and a full-service marina village
complete with shops, restaurants, nature tours, plus onshore and

Seabrook Island is only about 25 miles from historic Charleston and even closer to the James River Plantations, the Charleston Tea Plantation, Angel Oak and many, many other places of interest. |
